Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Under normal conditions, processing time will take between 1 to 14 business days. Delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, that depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public.
As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.


Shipments that are returned to Liza Cosmetics Line as “Undeliverable as Addressed” or “Refused/Return to Sender” will be refunded via store credit in the form of Liza Cosmetics Line gift card . Returns are proceed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivery to us.  Refunds will be for the amount of purchase only, shipping cost, insurance and taxes are not refundable.  
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes.

At Liza Cosmetics Line, we understand how important it is to receive your orders safely and securely. We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience with us, which is why we offer Route shipping protection.

Upon receiving your order, if it is damaged/ missing  or your have concern about order you have 5 days to report it to our customer service team so that we can better assist you.


If you have purchased Route shipping insurance and need to file a claim, you can do so by contacting Liza Cosmetics Line or by going directly to ROUTE.COM. However, if you choose to open a chargeback with your bank without contacting Route, you may be banned from making future purchases with us.

How long is processing?

Our team is currently processing orders in 7 business days, although our processing time still holds at 1-14 business days.

USPS/UPS transit times are NOT the same as processing times. If you selected 1 day shipping, your order will still need to undergo processing.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged

We process refunds and exchanges ONLY if route shipping insurance is attached to your cart. What is Route? It is an insurance agency that works to help protect your package after departure. This option is conveniently attached to your check out. If removed your are held liable for damage, loss and theft.

Item is LOST when it has not been updated by usps for more than a week after they scanned it in their system

If product came damage send us images for refund or exchange.

I want to cancel an order

We can edit shipping address and exchange products after placing and order but we do not cancel any orders placed. Reason Liza Cosmetics Line does not allow cancelations is that our team run a tight operation of made-to-order product.

Order updates

Thank you for placing an order with Liza! All updates process to the contact you provided at checkout- email or mobile. Within processing, you will receive a confirmation after the order was placed, then you will receive tracking later on. Make sure you attached a sufficient contact info.
