Seeing results from our products is a process and we will never promise you that you will see results overnight, because that is simply not accurate. Some people see results in 2 weeks, for other, it might take 2 months+, but we are confident you will see improvements in your skin if you use the products correctly for a least 90 days.

In the rare event that you don't see any results, here are the steps to follow to validate and claim your money back for the products you purchased.

Step 1: Always take a before picture before you start using the products so that you can have something to compare your progress to. Pictures have to have datestamps and timestamps

Make sure you email your before picture to lizacosmeticsline@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your products - without this, your money back claim will be invalid as we want to avoid a small number of people scamming the system by taking pictures a few days apart. 

Step 2: Follow our step by step guide on how to use the products under each product description


Follow the product directions for a minimum of 90 days.
Remember it's not necessarily a fast results process for everyone. We use only natural ingredients so you have to be patient to give the products time to work. 

Step 3: After 90 days of using our products, if you don't see any improvements in your skin then take another picture and email it  to lizacosmeticsline@gmail.com making sure the lighting is similar to your before picture. Please take a screenshot of your picture so we can we date and time when picture was taking


After that, we will provide you with answers on your refund approval. Please note that  refund is not guaranty . Shipping and taxes are not refundable.

How long is processing?

Our team is currently processing orders in 7 business days, although our processing time still holds at 1-14 business days.

USPS/UPS transit times are NOT the same as processing times. If you selected 1 day shipping, your order will still need to undergo processing.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged

We process refunds and exchanges ONLY if route shipping insurance is attached to your cart. What is Route? It is an insurance agency that works to help protect your package after departure. This option is conveniently attached to your check out. If removed your are held liable for damage, loss and theft.


Item is LOST when it has not been updated by usps for more than a week after they scanned it in their system


If product came damage send us images for refund or exchange.

I want to cancel an order

We can edit shipping address and exchange products after placing and order but we do not cancel any orders placed. Reason Liza Cosmetics Line does not allow cancelations is that our team run a tight operation of made-to-order product.

Order updates

Thank you for placing an order with Liza! All updates process to the contact you provided at checkout- email or mobile. Within processing, you will receive a confirmation after the order was placed, then you will receive tracking later on. Make sure you attached a sufficient contact info.
