When Will I Receive My Order?

Since all of our yoni products are made fresh, it typically takes 1-14 business days for orders to ship, and 3-5 more days to deliver to our domestic customers. International delivery times vary due to carrier. As soon as we print your shipping label, we'll ship them out to you and send you a link to track you package.

Please note: Due to high demand, processing time can increase. Please email us for updates on your order.

 

POLICY


Liza Cosmetics Line provides shipping insurance in the events of damage or loss of your package. If you do not select Route Shipping Insurance option at checkout, Liza Cosmetics Line is NOT liable for lost or damaged goods. Liza Cosmetics Line do not refund shipping costs.

Liza Cosmetics Line guarantees shipment of your goods to the address that was provided to us at checkout. If the receiver fails to provide the correct address, Liza Cosmetics Line is not required to refund the lost good. Please insure you enter the correct address at checkout.

If your package returns to Liza Cosmetics Line, you can request a re-delivery or refund. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. Liza Cosmetics Line is not responsible for additional charges.


Note: International packages marked 'Delivered' could be waiting at customs to be picked up. Carrier will notify you of extra fees.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the complexion of our products, we do not accept returns to products used or opened.

If you receive your products damaged and/or are missing any products in your order, please email lizacosmeticsline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We do not provide exchanges to inquiries made past this time frame.

We make mistakes, after all we are HUMAN! If you received the wrong item(s), please email lizacosmeticsline@gmail.com and we'll make it right!
