Shipping and Exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY
Liza Cosmetics Line provides shipping insurance in the unfortunate event of damage or loss of your package. If you do not select the insured shipping option at checkout, Liza Cosmetics Line is not liable for lost or damaged products. Liza Cosmetics Line do not provide refund to shipping cost as it is not Liza Cosmetics Line products. 

Liza Cosmetics Line guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Liza Cosmetics Line will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'.

If your package is returned to us for various reasons, Liza Cosmetics Line will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be applied.

If your package has been marked 'DELIVERED,' we do not issue refunds for any 'DELIVERED' packages.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees from the respective countries. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, not Liza Cosmetics Line. Since customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

International packages marked 'Delivered' in the destination country could we waiting at customs to be picked up. Customs will notify you if additional fees are required.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products. 

If you receive your products damaged and/or are missing any products in your order, please be sure to email lizacosmeticsline@gmail.com within 7-10 days of delivery. We do not provide returns/exchanges beyond 7-10 days.

Human error occurs! If you received the wrong item(s), please email lizacosmeticsline@gmail.com and we'll make it right! 

Orders are processed within 1-14 business days. Once your order has been marked as 'shipped,' we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or order.
